Admission Procedure

1. Submit an application form and the required documents 

Submit your application form with complete details of your child to our admission office. 

Required documents upon application: 

  • Recent passport-sized photo of your child

  • Child’s passport copy

  • Parent’s/guardian’s passport copy

  • Child’s birth certificate

  • Valid QID (for child and parents)

  • Child's Immunization Record

  • Child's recent report/progress card if applicable

  • Any other relevant child's reports relating to  learning and /or medical requirements

2. Assessment Test Schedule
Once we have received and reviewed your child's application, we will send an email with the date of the assessment. 

Please reply to the email confirming your child's attendance.

 3. Assessment Test 

Please come on the schedule given to your child. A written assessment test and a parent interview with the child will be conducted. 

 

4 Reservation

Successful applicants will get an email from the admission office. Parents/guardians are requested to come to the school to fill up a reservation form and to secure a seat for the upcoming academic year. A reservation fee is required to secure the slot. Failure to come after a week of receiving the email would forfeit the seat offered to the child. This seat will be offered instead to those applicants on the waiting list.

Please note that the reservation fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable but will be posted as your registration fee.

5. Registration and Enrolment

Parents and guardians are expected to register their children before the academic year starts. The enrolment schedule will be sent via email. 

Late enrollees will need to get an appointment at the admission office prior to coming to the school. 

Parents and/or Guardians are expected to pay for the Tuition fee, school materials, uniforms, and other fees required  upon enrolment.
